I gotta say, this place was super convenient! Just an 8-minute walk to the main station, and there were convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-11 just around the corner. The room was bright, spacious, and really clean-definitely made my business trip more comfortable. Plus, the kitchenette was a nice touch, allowing me to whip up a quick breakfast before heading out.
The noise from the family above me was a real drag. They were stomping around until the early hours, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. I expected a little more peace, especially since I had work to do. the front desk hours weren’t ideal for early checkouts; I had to wait a bit to drop my bags off.

well equipped kitchenette, good coin laundry on site, spacious room layout
Noise from upstairs neighbors disrupted sleep!!! Basic foam futons and pillows lack support for side sleepers!!! The nearby bus stop to Narita needs clearer signage!!!
